The mission of the Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito – CONSINTER International Journal of Law

The mission of the Revista International CONSINTER de Direito is to provide the public with durability, research and unpublished and significant studies conducted in different areas and aspects of the Law, produced in the field of Postgraduate institutions.

It intends to be an active stage for intellectual/qualified scientific publications, which represent genuine knowledge and relevant to the science of Law, perpetuating itself as a serial publication with high performance and multinational impact as a source of reference research.



Its goal is to publish original articles, selected in the scope of scientific events, provided with not only an exchange of information beyond national borders between researchers and participants of these events but also to allow the transfer of knowledge from University to society.


Evaluation System

The articles of the participants enrolled in the symposium will undergo a selection and approval process by the Referees Board and/or Editorial Board of CONSINTER, taking into account the criteria of scientific quality, being the analysis made by the double-blind review system, according to the requirements of agencies and national and international institutions for research and teaching, which evaluate the investigative activity of postgraduate studies.


Policy on Plagiarism

The Publisher, the Referees Board and the Editorial Board of the Revista International Consinter de Direito are not responsible for plagiarisms or verbatim copies.

Thus, it is important the author make sure to have not ceased to cite any source or been neglected in quotes.

Therefore, the whole time the author would spend in the revision of the citations, taking care to have the quotes or the indentations in the long citations, will be rewarded by the authenticity of the work.

In this diapason, once approved the article for publication by the Referees Board and/or Editorial Board, it shall be submitted to the verification program of plagiarism.


Submission Term

It is a condition for the submission of the scientific work for analysis that the text is original and that all its authors and coauthors are enrolled regularly on the symposium held by/or in partnership with CONSINTER, yet observing the other specific requirements of each event.



Revista International is indexed in national and international databases like Google Scholar, Latindex, REDIB, DOAJ, CAPES, LivRe, Diadorim, Sumários.org and, Tribunal Superior Eleitoral and RVBI.
